Ingredients
Turkey/Chicken Rub
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon all spice
- ½ cup softened butter
Beef Rub
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tbl.sp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. coriander
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbl. sp. onion powder
- 2 tbl sp. paprika
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
Pork Rub
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Hungarian paprika
- !/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Add the rub to your meat and wrap in plastic wrap. Allow meat to come to room temperature and "sweat" while your smoker preheats (approximately one hour).
